You call, we answer

Manufacturing plants, recycling and processing. Continuous load profiles, scheduled outages and emergency backup, sized and managed by a power-only specialist.
Continuous load, heavy motor starts and a shutdown window that cannot slip. Industrial power is judged on what happens in the seconds after the mains drop.
An industrial load does not behave like a building load. Motors, conveyors, compressors and refrigeration cycle hard, and a set that is sized on nameplate figures alone will nuisance-trip on the first heavy start. We size against the real profile and, where the site needs it, run units in parallel.
Sets over 100kVA can be synchronised to run in series, which gives you redundancy, load sharing and the ability to take one machine offline for service without dropping the plant. We design, supply and commission those installations in-house, including the ComAp control systems that manage them.
The four sectors above are where most of our work sits. These are the other industries our team works across.
No triage queue and no handballing. The person who picks up is the person organising your set.

Our electricians and generator specialists work out what will carry the load now, and what the connection needs to look like.
The set goes out on our own float fleet, and our A-grade electricians make the connection and commission it on site.
Fuel management, monitoring and on-call technicians until your operation is back on, stable, and no longer needs us.

Supplied and installed synchronised generators, designed and installed ComAp IG500 controls, and installed 2 × 10,000L field tanks.

Designed and supplied twelve backup generators and control systems into parcel and distribution facilities, as part of a national resilience and risk-mitigation project.

Scheduled maintenance and breakdown support contract across more than 100 client-installed generators.
Every project we have delivered, plus the full fleet list and our safety systems.

Yes. Units over 100kVA can be synchronised to run in series, which provides redundancy, load bearing and the ability to take a machine offline without dropping the site. We have designed and installed synchronised arrays up to 4 × 550kVA.
That is one of the most common jobs we do. We supply temporary generation sized to carry the site while the upgrade runs, install the fuel, exhaust and electrical connections, and de-mobilise once mains power is restored.
Yes. We are vendor-agnostic and hold maintenance and breakdown contracts covering large fleets of client-installed generators, including one contract covering more than 100 units.
Load-bank testing. We apply a real, measured load to the set and record its behaviour, which gives you documented proof of capacity rather than a nameplate figure.
